How fast is your emergency response time?
Typically 20–35 minutes within Jorpati, Boudha, and Chabahil. Outside the core area, response time depends on distance — WhatsApp your location and we'll give you an ETA.
What areas do you cover?
Jorpati, Boudha, Chabahil, and the greater Kathmandu Valley for roadside and home visits. Workshop appointments welcome riders from anywhere in the valley.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, eSewa, and Khalti are accepted for all services, roadside included.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Workshop repairs carry a labor warranty, and genuine parts carry their manufacturer warranty. Ask your mechanic for specifics on your job before work begins.
How much do home visits cost?
Home visits carry a fixed visit charge plus parts/labor for the work done, quoted before we start. Message us your bike model and issue for an estimate.
